We're currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Client team who is passionate about social media and exceeding client expectations.
As Senior Account Manager you’ll work directly with clients identifying their needs and providing optimal solutions and options. It will be your responsibility to manage client timelines and budgets and proactively manage the relationship.
As an Account Manager, you will be looking after multiple accounts across industries.
Your key duties will include:
Day to day client activities
Client relationship management
Planning of the overall client accounts and their long term objectives
Social media profile management
New business acquisition, presentation and proposal development
Creation of client report presentations on a monthly basis
Reporting externally and internally
